Here’s a simple recipe for chicken curry: Ingredients: – 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces – 1 tablespoon vegetable oil – 1 large onion, diced – 2 cloves garlic, minced – 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced – 2 tablespoons curry powder – 1 teaspoon ground cumin – 1 teaspoon ground coriander – 1/2 teaspoon turmeric – 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper – 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained – 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk – Salt and pepper to taste – Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped (optional) Directions: 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. 2. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. 3.
